GSA Data Center Company Limited (GSA DC), a joint venture where Gulf Energy Development Limited (GULF) indirectly holds a 40% stake via Gulf Edge Company Limited (Gulf Edge), has signed a master agreement with Siam AI Corporation Company Limited (Siam AI) to provide data center services.

Siam AI is Thailand’s first company to join forces with NVIDIA Corporation, a global leader in GPU and AI technology, under the NVIDIA Cloud Partner program. This partnership aims to accelerate AI adoption in Thailand and drive digital transformation through innovative AI Cloud Solutions.

Furthermore, Gulf Edge, a wholly owned subsidiary of GULF, is set to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Siam AI to develop infrastructure, digital services, and telecommunications.

This collaboration will focus on leveraging AI in areas such as predictive maintenance, operational optimization, hyper-personalization, and enhanced customer services.

This partnership marks a significant milestone in advancing Thailand’s digital infrastructure while promoting sustainable economic growth.
