Onboarding

To ensure that you settle into your new role smoothly, we have designed a comprehensive 6-month onboarding journey. From the first day, you will be paired with a buddy who will help you integrate into the company faster and accompany you though our various onboarding activities. These activities include an interactive orientation with our HR team, meetings with our executives, site visits of our businesses and many more.
